We accept payments either through your insurance or by cash basis (if you do not have an insurance or you have exhausted your coverage).

We currently participate as in-network provider with the following insurance companies:

If your insurance is not listed above and you have an out of network benefits, we will be glad to process your claim as an out of network provider. We also keep updating our provider enrolment so call us to see if your insurance has been recently added to our list.

No Insurance / Out of pocket payment
If you have no insurance, physical therapy is still affordable! We charge a reasonable fee of $180 for your initial visit. Your succeeding visit will range from $80-120 per visit, depending on the complexity of your condition. Our fees are absolutely low compared to other facilities because getting you started with physical therapy is our topmost priority.

Discounted Rates
For patients opting to pay out of pocket and will be needing at least 8 visits, we offer a fixed discount of $100/visit on a pre-paid package program. However, if your condition is complex, involving multiple body parts which requires longer one on one treatment time, you may be charged a different package rate, still at a discounted rate. We require a 50% down payment on your initial visit (cash, check, or credit) then balance is due once half of your visits are done.

Please note that physical therapy treatment usually requires a few visits in order to start seeing an improvement. With this in mind, we designed these package rates to help you complete your treatment program.
